[1] Amend based on value of listing.

You are not surcharging for PayPal but including a gift to those who pay
'cash in hand'.

While the thought is in my head (they leave quick being a bear of little
brain) is there a limit on the value of a PO obtainable? Heads off in the
direction of Google...
