123-reg-co.uk Setting Up

Hi,
Last Wednesday I went and rented a windows dedicated server of
123-Reg.co.uk. It was a good price and although the support hours of
9-6 Mon-Fri didn't seem great, I went for it.
On Friday, I transferred my existing domain to them and for the life of
me, I think everything is configured correctly, but my site was down
all weekend. Never mind, thought I, I will give them a ring on Monday,
so I finished work early today to ring their 50p / min line... to be
met (at 5:35pm) with "123-reg Support is now closed - support hours are
9am to 6pm Mon to Fri" !!!
So I am stuffed for another night, and I'm afraid to go on MSN for
everyone badgering me!
Has anyone any advice they can give me on getting this thing running.
Currently I have set up a holding page (via their on-line wizard), but
if I remove it I get to a 123-reg page.
The domain is 3inabed.com (darts - nothing dirty :-). I have created an
account on my dedicated server and mapped 3inabed.com to it. I have
placed all my files in the "www" directory by ftp. What have I missed?
- Or am I waiting for 123-Reg to flip some switch?
All advice appreciated.
Gary
