Newbie Question..

Hi all!
Got a page up and have a video that I would like to stream from a
link. At the moment it's in .mpg format and works as a simple download...
page is here... http://www.stuffmongers.com/
file is here.. http://www.stuffmongers.com/Bush-Chirac.mpg
I'm rummaging about the net at the moment trying to track down how
it's done. But it seems everyone just wants to sell me software to do it....
it would be much slicker to have it pop up in Winamp or whatever when
someone clicks the link. Now most people have broadband it seems sensible to
have it playing and d'loading at the same time...
Is there a free way to do this? I'll dive back into Elizabeth Castro's
4ed of "HTML for the WWW" in case the answer is lurking in there..
Cheers all!
Les
