I had the same success rate as Steve Robinson even after telling IE to
accept all cookies...

Steve Dix,
Any ideas?
Is anyone else experiencing a total failure to register? We might have
to do this differently if it become a bind.
Nige.

Apologies for butting in here.
I couldn't help noticing the problems being experienced. I manage a number of small business networks for a range of clients, most of which need to allow my clients to occasionally work remotely from home.
Depending on where the server that users need to access resides or how the Web site is hosted, I know that some of my clients who use AOL as their ISP often cannot log into their company network using a VPN connection or semi private company Web-sites hosted on servers within their company's less secure Internet facing DMZ (De Militarised Zone). This only affects AOL users in general and is a well known issue. AOL as an ISP is not a favourite of mine and many other network administrators for this reason.
Otherwise login credentials might be an issue requiring the local domain name where the server resides to precede the user name in the format: localdomainname\userid with the backslash
Apologies if this is irrelevant. Just thought it might be of use.
Google Docs might be a suitable alternative with something a simple as a spread*** - OK it's open to abuse, but only amongst users who have been given access to it. I use it with my band as a general calendar for bookings, holidays and dates when people aren't available and it works pretty well
