Apparently he was caught having 'simulated' sex in the privacy if his own
room and behind closed locked doors. For his crimes he has been put on
the
sex offenders register.

I didn't get that either. Exactly who is he supposed to be a threat to?
Passing cyclists?

For God's sake, the man is a pedalphile. He is clearly a danger to all
humanity. Please try to keep up.
