I have the Zoom H4 which I use with those very same behringer mics.
Bloody great little device.
Has some quite nice FX built in too.

I use it to record my, rather bad, guitar playing, and for bird noises.

So you use the C2s with the Zoom H4? I take it you didn't like the
built-in microphones.

The built in mics are fine, but I use the Behringers indoors.

How do you get the power to the C2? I suppose you have a mixer with
phantom power and take a feed from there to the Zoom, right?

The Zoom has built in phantom-power, 24v or 48v.

I remember when I got my Tascam 424 (markI!) 4-track tape machine. It cost
me just over £500 in 93 or 94....


I had one back in 1981...great fun it was too.
Fell to bits eventually.
