It occurs to me that if it (or any of my other valve amps) need
attention, I will call upon your services as the 'Tipton' element of
your company name suggests you're possibly only yards away from where
our bass player lives, on Sedgley Road West. Unless, of course, you're
based in a completely different Tipton!

Prompted by your question, I did a little delving into the Carlsboro 50 Top
schematic.

Output valve bias is achieved by feeding a negative DC voltage to the grids
via a hardwired fixed resistor that sets the voltage.

It shouldn't be too difficult to mod the amp to include a small trim pot to
achieve the fixed bias, only adjustable, IYSWIM

However, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, is my advice.

When you replace the valves, just check to see that the anode plates aren't
glowing cherry red. If it *sounds* OK, leave it be.
