I remember reading a bizarre tale of unscrupulous farmers putting fake
livestock in fields to hoodwink EU officials who were apparently using spy
satellites to compare the actual numbers of animals against the quantities
claimed for. Not suggesting for one second this is anything to do with that
but, blimey! No wonder my leg of lamb tasted odd last Sunday ;)
