Not at all, colonies of seagulls congregate around landfill sites here
in Milton Keynes which, incidentally, is further from the sea than
Aylesbury and, coincidentally (or not) isn't the centre of the UK
either ;)

It looks more like a man to me.
As the centre of a man might be his navel then I'm going for a crater
just south of Birmingham as the UK's centre.
