Am I the first in uk.misc to have been "let go" this year, due in part
to the recession?
Not been "let go" as such, but have lost a /vast/ amount of scheduled
work due to firms (mainly large corporates) cutting back.
Quiet here, too. Except when it's not. Feast or famine, that's the
problem. No-one wants anything, then they all want something at the
same time- by tomorrow.
I'm finding I'm busier than ever - the orders are figuratively pouring
through the door. I don't pretend to understand why.
