Yes I've had this one too. I probably either restored the system to get round it or did a repair from the CD after booting on it
to get round it. Could be something else though, I don't remember. In fact it might not be mup.sys that is at fault but whatever
is loading after that so it stops there. No idea what it is though. perhaps I'll look. It's true it's a common enough problem.
Yeah, I suspect that just rolling back mup.sys would be far too
easy to yield relief from the problem.
Nothing's that easy.
