Have they provided you with a break down of your score? If they refuse, chuck in a Data Protection Act request. The whole process is supposed to be open and transparent anyway.
Obviously you need to see what factors you're being marked down on and how many points you need to get you back up to your original level, but I guess you know that anyway.
