Is it me?

We have a new finance system at work. It is flaky as heck and falls over at
the most inopportune moments. Like, refusing to submit an order that you've
spent an hour typing in.

Yesterday I resolved part of the problem by breaking an order of 11 books
down into 11 separate orders. Placed an order, submitted it, clicked on
"Printable Page" so I'd be able to keep a record of my orders.

On the 6th or so, I started getting an error message stating "You have
encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for
assistance." So I did.

Today I got a response.
"What did you want to do when clicking Printable page? Did you change the
Charge Account? "

What did I want to do when clicking Printable page? What do you think, eh?

Is it me?
