Dell or Toshiba

Following my jaunt to Maidenhead I've decided I really need to get my own
laptop. For various reasons I'll get one through work's home computing lease
thing. Out of 4 laptops I've narrowed it down to a choice of 2: the Dell
Inspiron 6000 or the Toshiba Satellite M40-200. Both are the same price,
have the same memory, graphics, and HD, but the Dell is 10 MHz faster. Other
than that, is there any particular reason why I should pick one over the
other?

On other subjects, Maidenhead was OK if a little quiet. Francesco's Italian
restaurant is recommended, especially the salads and pastries. While I was
away I finally got round to signing up with Zen and had my connection
changed over in time for getting back last night. nukesoft.co.uk moved over
to Fast Hosts (complete waste of time. Why do they have separate companies
for webspace and hosting?) and then 1&1 (much better, and they throw in a
free copy of Dreamweaver MX).

Back on the Cisco stuff on Monday, and travelling down to London tomorrow.
No thanks to the post office for losing my train tickets (it isn't *that*
hard to read the address on the envelope), but I'll try Weekend First just
for a change. If anyone fancies meeting up for a beer while I'm down there
(central London) I'll be on email.
