It's too early to judge it yet, there are a few inconsistencies
alright, However, for all we know everything could be explained in
the next episodes. Then again, maybe they won't...
I wasn't that impressed with it though it must be said.

We're simply not used to it ending just as the set-up is in place,
that's all. Reviews of the whole 3 parter have been very positive -
and they say the laughs mainly come in the later parts. Cat was
hilarious and would have got a good few LOL's in front of a live
audience, but the lack of a laughter track is hurting it more than
we will ever know.

Still, I'm looking forwards to the rest.
