The were the dorks who shared Skaro with the Daleks when
the first Doctor arrived. I think they later left Skaro,
and I can't recall them popping up in another story in
the decades since then. Were they too dull to come
back and fight the Daleks again or what?

They opened a B & B in Blackpool and despite a poor start they're now stealing guests from the Norbreck and doing rather well :-)
