I worked for the state once and once was enough for me!

It soon became clear to me that thinking out of the box, showing
initiative or enterprise only causes you trouble when you work for the
state.

Far better to fit in or f**k off so I did the later and thankfully
avoided becoming institutionalised.

It?s tougher out here in the real world but boy is it more fun, the
state is just no place for a square peg in a round hole.

Any job in the public sector is like working for a large organisation,
and most large organisations (in my experience) suffer from the
problems you describe.
