Interesting to see you agreeing with yourself.
Erm...
I was agreeing with Rosie.
How have you been keeping my old cocker?
So, we meet again Mr Ross.
[Motions for a minion to approach and whispers in his ear: "Kill him."
Dismisses minion and resumes dialogue.]
As soon as Plowman began to scurry about like a schoolboy sent on a
ice-cream buying mission by a teacher, I sensed your presence. After
all, it was you who was very eager to lodge exactly £2k - also with
Escrow - once upon a time by way of an online challenge. Plowman
doesn't have £20 let alone £2k. It's obvious you're staking him.
Bwaaaaaaaaaaahahahahah! I've read it all now! Are you 'realy' that
mental? Is that the pathetic excuse you are going to use to weasel out
of the challenge that 'you' mooted? You were all for it at a hundred
quid, extending your bet to all of your so called enemies. Raiising
the wager sendsw you into a funk.
What is the problem Barker? That you don't think you could ignore me
or that it's 'you' that can't front up two grand in cash?
I'll swear here on all my children's lives that the two grand, or more
if you want to make it more, will come from me and me alone.
Now, a straight yes or no. Is the bet on?
Two grand each despoited in escrow. You respond to me, your two grand
goes to charity, I get mine back. And vice versa. At the end of the
agreed period, if no-one has won, money is returned, any interest
accrued goes to the chairity of 'your choice. I'll even leave a
hundred in to go with the interest to your chosen chairity. Can't say
fairer than that.
State the time period you want it over. Bring it on Barker.

I offered you a challenge. You declined it. It's a pity for the
charities concerned and it's a pity for the group.
While I have no concerns about donating money to charity - indeed, I
am the ONLY one here who has proved that I raised a four figure sum
for a local kiddies hospice - I am certainly not going to put £1 into
Escrow let alone £2000. The money could sit there for twenty years
with the charity never benefitting. That's of no use to anyone.
Your money is either being pledged by JR or comes from your recent
house downsizing. I think it's pretty irresponsible of you to think
about tying-up a four figure sum because it's obvious that you are far
from being a rich man. Your website earns peanuts and you have
children to support.
I'll restate my original offer, the one you declined to take me up on.
I will happily pledge £100 against £100 of your money that you will be
unable to curtail your obsession with pestering me. In the extremely
unlikely event that I lose, I will entrust Dom with forwarding the
£100 on to a charity of your choice.
This way realistic sums are involved and no money is tied up in a
stupid holding account. As soon as someone loses the challenge, a
cheque gets written and sent to Dom. It couldn't be easier.
[Cue much evasion from Sad Mike Plowman.]
