Clive James has been writing for Newspapers for at least the last 30 years.
He was the best TV critic "The Observer " ever had. That's well before he

to start making a regular an idiot of himself for money on TV.
I remember a bespectacled (pre contact lens) Harold Evans presenting WTPS
when he was still the editor of the "Northern Echo".
