What is it now 21 units from women and 27 for men? thats a glass or

of wine 6 nights a week.

So that should safe then - in fact drinking at that level has been
shown to *increase* life expectancy.

It might result in a slight increase in liver problems, but should
reduce heart problems (and far more people die of heart problems than
liver problems).

I do feel better for knocking the drink right off - just a glass or
two
of wine on a Sunday and thats it.

How much were you drinking before?
