I googled all that, like I know you shouldn't, and it's either sciatica or
arthritis, so not heart attack or stroke. I thought of putting a DNR sign on
me just in case, to save having to do any work this afternoon :)

I can still feel a bit of it now though. Maybe it's GTA4-thumb?

Mate of mine had that, needed extremely painful surgery near the
spinal column. He's Ok now but he tends to swim in circles.

I think it's right to say "LOL!" about the latter bit.
