It's only been on ten minutes and the traffic cops have given up on three
chases as it's not safe. Surely it's safer to take the car out one way or
another rather than let them drive all over the place (ie. the 14 year old
driving down a pavement in a Jag, it's simple he's being a prat, take him
out like the do in America). The guy on the motorbike who shot off at around
70mph in front of the police car, if they catch him up he's simple to take
out - they've no respect for anyone else why treat them nicely nicely.
Oh yes, arm the chopper too, that would slow the buggers down ;-)
There was no way the cops in the car were going to catch a 900cc bike
As for the chopper ..Fit all cars with a device( need to be infallible
of course) that is hidden and can be activated by another device in
the chopper which switches the engine off .
There was one of the plods who said that they didn't carry fire
extinguishers now as they were not allowed to try to extinguish any
fires ( presumably not even if it happens in their own car) .
I noticed that when that town ( can't recall the name) had a unique
experience ...a stolen car being driven around....there seemed no
shortage of cop cars to get involved ...
