Missing Freeview Channels

I had to do a reboot of my Freeview box recently and I've since discovered several channels are missing from the lineup - notably Film Four, Sky Three and Sky News. I've tried restarting several times to no avail. Is this a change to the lineup or is my box playing silly buggers?
