A pretty impressive list, I think you'll agree.

An impressive list yes, but are they smarter that Hawking? (I would not
have minded if you'd included the others either.) I do wonder how many
of those listed alive or dead would have had the strength of character
Hawking has shown to carry on, and how many of us if we'd been put in a
similar position as he was would have just curled up into a little ball
and switched off.

Oh now the goalposts have been picked up and shifted out of sight. I'd
thought we were talking about who was the best physicist?


No goal posts moved at all, why don't you shuffle along until Horizon
tells you who the best is.
