Not of itself. But given the original poster, that's what you'd
expect him to be implying. I'd be quite surprised if he was posting
to imply 'BBC are pro tory', put it that way, which is really the only
other option. I mean he's implying SOME bias. *I* am not saying there was
any, I don't see it anyway. I could be wrong. I could be right.

I could also be sounding a bit like PIL..
