OT - Does this program work?

I've developed a Windows front-end for Nero's AAC/AAC+ encoder, and was
wondering if some people could say whether it works okay on their machine?
There's some more info about the program and screenshots on here:

To encode a WAV file you just need to do the following:
1. Download http://www.digitalradiotech.co.uk/Nero_AAC_UI.zip and start
"Nero AAC UI.exe"
2. Download ftp://ftp6.nero.com/tools/NeroDigitalAudio.zip
3. Click Options on the app and load neroAacEnc.exe from the above Zip
4. Open a WAV file
5. Click Encode
There are WAVs that you can download from here if you don't have one handy:

Any feedback would be much appreciated - if you try it could you say which
version of Windows you're using? Thanks.
