Great North Run winner - Julia Roberts lookalike?

Kara Goucher - the US woman who won the Great North Run looks alarmingly like Julia Roberts!!

The best picture of her has a 106 character URL for some reason so I've used krusties shortener .

The best bit of Karas win is that she is a 10K (6.2 mile) track runner and this Half Marathon (13.1 mile) is her first attempt at this distance in competition.
