Cameron on Andrew Marr

Political leanings aside, does anyone agree that 'Dave' was absolutely
dreadful on Andrew Marr's show today.
Politicians of any flavour never answer questions directly, but Dave
prefaces not answering a question with the phrase "Let me say...".
He answered several different 'green' questions by banging on about how
passengers paid green tax, so a full plane recoups more than an empty plane
so he will charge per plane rather than per passenger. So what are they
going to do - divide it between the passengers and don't let them get off
until they pay?
Oh and he managed to find THREE ALTERNATIVES.
