I wonder how many people will send their photos in? Knowing plod's penchant
for keeping files there is a good chance that *every* face on the photos
will be fed into their super-computer and cross referenced with the millions
of miles of CCTV footage they are sat on

As I love conspiracy theories, I will suggest that this is some sort of
cunning plan to cross reference the hitherto unidentifiable street pissers,
miscellaneous louts and shop lifters with verified data
