Chocolate Jesus's Genitals 'aint Web Friendly?

Just an observation on this story:

The video on that page is an edited version of the one being shown on
BBCN24 right now. Apparently, chocolate genitals are fine on the telly
whatever the time, but not cool for the web. They've removed those
delicate parts of chocolate Jesus's anatomy by either zooming and
panning, or cutting that footage from the scene altogether.
Does the BBC censor material like this to prevent its website getting
blocked by content filtering services...maybe? Just curious.
