It's funny but I've never used the F or C words, nor felt the need to. For me, a good heartfelt "Bugger" is sufficient for pretty much any situation.

I bet you say that to all the boys ... ;-)

I quite like swearing in other languages - calling someone 'Hijo de puta!' can be be quite therapeutic.
