So when buy a new computer - or perhaps even just upgrade certain parts
of your current computer your collection will be effectivly rendered
unwatchable and useless .
Movie downloads will be about the same price as a dvd .
Would you be rather pissed off if you bought a new dvd player and you
couldnt play your dvds ? .

Well, make the legal versions cheap and free of DRM *** and then I'll try

Same reason I hate iTunes. I pay for the tracks and then I am told that the
number of copies is limited due to piracy concerns - ignoring the fact that
if I wanted the music for free I would not be using iTunes in the first
place.
