I think his name is Justin Lee Collins and yes he is an irritating, unfunny
twat, who normally fills the "unfunny comedian" quota on these types of
show. I think he must has some bizarre contract where C4 are compelled to
use him in as many shows as possible. Or perhaps C4 are trying to wear us
into submission..
