Re: Comedian Linda Smith dead

My favorite memory of her lightning quick wittedness, is when as a guest on
the HIGNYFY show hosted by Neil Kinnock, and Neil having been ripped to
shreds by the other panelists for becoming Lord Kinnock (after always
despising the House of Lords), she asked a very flustered Neil, "Is this as
much fun as you thought it would be?"

Brilliant timing and very ver sharp comic mind. She'll be very sadly missed
and was a great and perhaps underrated comedian.
