They're not, it's just the results of a survey.

The Sun had one on Saturday about how only those with the starsign
Cancer can be funny (and mentioned Ricky Gervais and Jennifer Saunders
among the names).

Then they revealed that of 300 comedy actors/writers/etc, 11% were of
that starsign.
