I thought it was the cathouse but it may have been another one. One of the
major brothels in Nevada was recent sold on e-bay, not sure the final price
but the starting thing was about $100,000. The terms of sale were that the
business would be kept open and the current management in place and all
women able to keep their jobs and their homes if they wanted to stay on.

Not sure how long ago exactly but i heard an interview with the current
owner who was selling it. Said he'd visited it once when he was interested
in buying it, saw the dynamic and how well they ran the business and bought
it. He'd never slept or socialised with the women but now he was getting
married, had made back tripple what he paid for it in about 5 years and
decided to sell it.
