I know it's normally F8 but mine says "F1 or Delete" for some reason.

I changed to this because I was using an extender cable for it and it
kept wrapping round the bottom of the La-z-boy on a daily basis,
pulling the cable out inbetween and probably doing no good at all to
the connection at the motherboard.

Oh, I could dream of 10 metres! :)
Anything more than 4ft from the IR device and it starts missing stuff.
I've got a PS/2 keyboard spare so will plug that in if I really can't
resolve the problem when I get into windows if it happens again (just
wish I knew what the hell was making programs force the CPU to run to
99% then crash, on booting up)
I could've left it plugged in and tucked away but inbetween connecting
the USB wireless keyboard and unplugged the PS/2, something dropped on
the latter and then I thought something weird was happening, making the
space bar go into overdrive...
Why can't someone just make a PC that works 100% all fucking day EVERY
day?! :(
