I disagree.
A mis-set clock of 10 minutes back will have an average error of 10 minutes
over the day.
A stopped clock will have an average error of +/- 3 hours over the day.
If a clock is mis-set by more than 3 hours, a stopped clock will be more
accurate.
Next week, why would a chicken cross the road?
