Crazy, isn't it. Normally people demand that police crack down on drunken underage joyriders, but as soon as the yobs crash and kill themselves it's a tragedy and any police in the vicinity are investigated in case they might have distracted the poor joyriders (sorry, they're probably now upgraded to "lads") and made them
And people seem to think that disqualifying a driver is the ultimate solution, and yet these incidents happen with drivers below the legal age.
