They block all incomng ports by default, you setup port forwarding
as needed for particular games / torrent / etc
The software firewall is still useful for outgoing traffic from your PC.

To extend that to wifi, you'd be trying to share the adsl modem out over
2 networks: wired network (xbox) and simultaneously wireless as well.
Not a good idea for windows ICS
