I've managed to find a couple of sources of digital pics of the rest
of the country. One is a series called 'High in the sky', it's an old
Getmapping product and I found it by chance on Amazon for about 7.99
ukp. It's similar to the aerial photos you can find on multimap and
it's done by county. Do a search for 'High in the Sky' under software
and you should find your area. There's also some on e-bay if you're
interested.
There's also a newer product called 'Memory Map' which has
more up-to-date images of most of the UK and comes bundled with OS
maps too. The best thing about the Memory Map images is that it maps
it on to a 3D relief similar to Google Earth, the only thing is that
each map package costs about 35 ukp, you can see this range of
products on www.getmapping.com, will probably invest in one of these
packages when finances allow,
