OT - survey by Valued Opinions about Parkinsons Disease

I do online surveys and got the following email. I am not a sufferer
but if anyone is or knows someone who is they might like to take part.
I'm not sure if you get the £10 but the website does say " incentive
being offered". I'm not sure how I would get credit for the
referral either :)

We are currently conducting an important Medical survey exploring the
needs of Parkinson?s sufferers and as your opinions are always of
vital importance to us.
We would like to involve as many Parkinson sufferers as possible and
as such were wondering if you know of any individuals who might
qualify. For this we would provide an additional incentive of £10 for
each successful referral - they would simply have to register on the
