A friend of mine had a naturally induced version of this, and I can't
imagine why anyone would want to put themselves through it
voluntarily. Why not just drastically reduce your fat intake, which
you have to do anyway if you're taking this drug?

I lost more than a stone when I had an infection causing diarrhoea and a
heavy fever---mine came in the form of something found in sheep faeces
rather than C Diff. I certainly wouldn't recommend it as a routine diet!
Most of the loss was, of course, water rather than real body mass and so
the weight went back on as quickly as it came off.

When I launch "Backpack yourself thin" I will be able to provide my own "before"
and "after" photgraphs!
