Did D#2 have to jump through many hoops to get that? Maybe Fallon has one
and we just haven't heard about it.
It was a one day course as I recall* (although someone tried to sell her a
two day version at twice the price).
It certainly wouldn't have been difficult for Fallon but I'm just surprised
it wasn't mentioned in the silly Lords storyline.
