Google is celebrating Roald Dahl's birthday:
I'm so glad you point these out to us, Julian (it is usually you who
does it, isn't it?) because I have A-level Google as my Home page and
never normally open the O-level page, but A-level doesn't join in all
these celebrations. I do like to see them.
Thanks.
Oh dear, oh dear, I'm confused. What are these A-level and O-level
Google home pages of which you speak?
O-level is:
www.google.co.uk
A-level is the "advanced search":
http://www.google.co.uk/advanced_search?hl=en
(At least I think that's what Jenny means!)
Ah, light dawns.
I don't think it would be wise to attempt to stretch the analogy to
include my default choice of www.google.com.
