help needed- obituary or not?

Hi all,
I need some help. I've located the name of my cousin, Joyce Faunt
Duerden Irving, of East Portlemouth and Southport. She was born in
Regina, Saskatchewan about 1920.

I was last in touch with her about 9 years ago, and I'd like to find
out if she's dead, or if I should try to get in touch with her.

Google UK finds nothing.

Can any of you help me?
