Our D#2 is with Tiscali and had spent half of Tuesday trying to send us
something by e-mail, with various tests being carried out at both ends.

Nothing to do with Tiscali, but I was trying to forward some mails to my
son the other day. He had used my account to sell stuff on eBay and
when people paid by PayPal, I wanted to forward the PayPal notifications
to him so he could mail the items.

I sent several one evening and next morning he told me on Skype Chat
that none had arrived. They were sent to an fsmail address. We tried
several experiments while we were Chatting and discovered that none of
the Forwarded mails were arriving in the fsmail inbox and neither were
they in the Trash where spam goes. When I copied the information from
the PayPal e-mail and pasted it into a new e-mail it was delivered.

E-mail routed to be through Bigfoot seems to be arriving about two
days late - if it is arriving at all - how does one tell? So I have
set up a temporary e-mail account with hotmail.com Just my firstname
dot lastname at, etc. I probably won´t be able to use it back in
England - see the Win 3.1 post earlier.
