Wow, a quick response by our own JPG! A sign of a technology change?
Thanks for the encouragement and support. You're right, it's a bit of a
drag just to read that stuff, and it will be next to impossible to give
a perfect rendition of the jargon, but I get the impression that it'll
do as long as it's well written, clear English. Difficult enough with
some of those convoluted German sentences.

I'm a bit puzzled by your remark that you hadn't seen me. Isn't it more
a case of us not seeing you? :-) I've actually been quite present in the
last few months.
