He's certainly the most likely culprit and, although we don't know if
he's heard about it, Kathy certainly has, so it seems reasonable to
assume that he knows.

As for whether he speaks either Italian or Swedish, he could easily
have found a couple of examples on the net, or even put a speech
through Babelfish. After all, neither Eddie nor Bert are likely to
notice that it isn't written in *good* Italian or Swedish, are they.

I just hope he's given Derek Fletcher Zulu or something similarly difficult
for a first language English speaker.
