Suppose, for the sake of argument, that I was thinking of moving to a

The first thing I'd need is a place to live, and the second would be a
source of income.
Are there anyrats who have undertaken such a project? How easy or difficult
did they find it?

Surely it would be similar to when you moved to where you are now?
Except that you would need the fare too and if it is not
English-speaking to learn the language. It might be cheaper to live
in some countries, so if you have some money to begin with you could
find it goes further than here.
When people come here they need to be EEC, asylum seekers or have
enough money to manage for a while, I think, and have a visa if not
EEC. Or do commonweath members need a visa? Can EEC members arrive
and get benefits? I don't think they can at once, can they? Do they
have to be here for a certain length of time first? If not and you go
to Belgium and it is the same there you might get benefits to pay for
housing and living, presumably the B & B type housing.
